FAQ

Common questions.

What's the difference between your pergolas and big-box kits?

+

Our pergolas use full-dimension heavy timber in Cypress, Cedar, or Southern Yellow Pine, joined with steel connector plates we cut in house — not 2× lumber bolted at the corners.

What woods do you offer?

+

Locally sourced Cypress, Cedar, and Southern Yellow Pine, precision-milled and pre-fit in our Henderson, TN shop.

Do you install pergolas?

+

No. Like our pavilion kits, pergola packages are pre-cut and pre-fit so the homeowner or a local contractor can raise them quickly using the included drawings and hardware.

How long does fabrication take?

+

Lead times vary by season and queue — typically a few weeks from deposit to shipment. We share an estimated date when we book the build.
