Quotes & Pricing
All quotes are estimates based on the information provided at the time of request and remain valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Pricing, lead times, and freight may change based on site conditions, selected options, material availability, and engineering requirements identified after the quote is approved.
Orders & Payment
Orders are confirmed in writing and require a deposit before production begins. Balances are due prior to shipment unless an approved dealer or net-terms agreement is on file. Custom kits and engineered orders are non-refundable once production has started.
Use of the Website
Content, drawings, renderings, photography, and logos on this site are the property of Timber Frame Solutions LLC and may not be reproduced or used without written permission. Dealer portal access is granted to approved accounts only and may be revoked at any time for misuse.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Timber Frame Solutions LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site, our materials, or installation performed by third parties.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Chester County, Tennessee.
