Free consultation
Call, email, or send the quote form. We talk through structure type, size, site, and add-ons, and turn it around with a written quote — typically within one business day.

50% deposit & 3D rendering
Once a deposit is in, we build a full 3D model and a post-layout footprint sketch with dimensions and spacing. Written install instructions are included.
- 03
Optional engineering
If your jurisdiction requires it, we provide stamped 3D renderings + load computations for your geographic area ($2,250) and stamped footing design ($2,000).

Pre-cut & pre-fit in our shop
Cypress, Cedar, or Southern Yellow Pine timbers are precision-milled, dry-fit, and stained if you've added the package. Steel connector plates are cut, welded, and finished (powder coat or DTM) in house.

Palletized & shipped
Once the kit is complete, balance is collected, materials are palletized, and we coordinate freight to your site. Driver and offload contact details are confirmed in advance.

You raise it
Pre-fitting drastically reduces the cost and timeframe of install. Homeowners and local contractors raise our kits using the included drawings, fasteners, and hardware.
Materials we trust.
Locally sourced Cypress, Cedar, and Southern Yellow Pine, precision-milled to standard sizes (4×7 trusses & rafters, 4×7 knee braces, 8×8 posts, 5×12 headers, and 2×8 #1 SYP tongue-and-groove decking with a refined v-joint edge). Steel connector plates are cut in house and finished with premium powder-coat or DTM systems for outdoor durability.
