Pick your profile — we'll quote it.

Standard Queen Pin

Standard Queen Pin

Our most ordered truss. Two queen posts, a horizontal tie beam, and a centered king pin — the workhorse of pavilion and great-room framing.

Best for
Pavilions, porches, garages, great rooms
Span
12'–32' typical
Scissor

Scissor

Crossing bottom chords pitch upward to open the ceiling. Adds vertical drama without losing the heavy-timber language.

Best for
Vaulted great rooms, taller pavilions
Span
16'–40' typical
Arched

Arched

Curved bottom chord — usually a true sawn or laminated arch — for a soft, cathedral profile that reads as the centerpiece of the room.

Best for
Feature ceilings, chapels, signature pavilions
Span
16'–36' typical
Custom

Custom

Bring us a sketch, an architect's plan, or a reference photo. We'll engineer and build a one-off truss that fits the room — hybrid profiles, oversized spans, decorative joinery, all on the table.

Best for
Architectural feature trusses, oversized spans, hybrids
Span
Up to 50'+ on request
Before You Submit

How to measure for a truss quote.

A quick reference so you can send us the right information the first time. Don't worry about getting every field perfect — tell us what you know and mark the rest "not sure."

01

Span

Outside-to-outside or bearing-to-bearing, depending on your project. Just tell us how you measured so we can scope correctly.

02

Roof Pitch

Common pitches are 6/12, 8/12, and 10/12. If you're not sure, that's fine — note it and we'll discuss options.

03

Overhang

How far the truss tail extends past the posts or supporting walls. A typical overhang is 12"–24".

04

Truss Style

Queen post / queen pin, scissor, arched, or fully custom. Reference photos help a lot here.

05

Timber Species

Cypress, Cedar, Southern Yellow Pine, or not sure yet. Each has different look, cost, and durability characteristics.

06

Plate Preference

Standard black steel, a custom finish, or not sure yet. Plates can match or contrast the timber.

FAQ

Common questions.

Can I order trusses without a full pavilion kit?

+

Yes. We build stand-alone truss packages all the time — for additions, remodels, churches, and barndominium projects. Quote them solo and ship just the trusses with hardware.

What species do you use?

+

Cypress, Cedar, and Southern Yellow Pine are stocked. Douglas fir is available on request. All timbers are dried and milled before joinery is cut.

Are the trusses pre-fit?

+

Yes. Every truss is assembled in our shop, checked for fit, then disassembled and palletized for shipping with steel connector plates and pegs included.

What span can you build?

+

We routinely build 12'–40' spans. Larger or unusual loads — call us and we'll engineer to spec.
