Pavilion & pergola ceilings
At a full 1½" thick, this board reads beautifully overhead — adds shadow lines a 1× ceiling can’t deliver.
Decorative soffits
Wraps porch and gable soffits with the same warmth as the structure above. Pairs with our heavy timber framing.
Accent walls & barn interiors
Heavy-bodied paneling for great rooms, lake homes, barndominium interiors, and feature walls.
Loft floors & decking
Strong enough for residential loft floors and structural decking when spans are sized appropriately.
Order it with your pavilion or pergola.
Most of our customers add 2×8 T&G to their pavilion package — we cut, stain, and ship it on the same pallet as the frame. One delivery, one stain match, one source of accountability.

Common questions.
Why 2× T&G instead of 1× T&G?
+
At 1½" thick, this board is twice as thick as a typical 1× ceiling board. The added depth casts real shadow lines between courses and resists sag over long rafter spacing common in heavy timber pavilions.
What's the moisture content?
+
Kiln dried to 15–19% MC. Sourced and profile-milled in Haleyville, AL. That's the right window for pine destined for covered exterior ceilings — dry enough to install tight without telegraphing seasonal gaps.
Can you stain or pre-finish it?
+
Yes. We offer the same shop-applied stains and clear coats we use on our heavy timber. Pre-finishing both faces and all four edges is the right call for any board going up overhead.
How is it sold?
+
By the linear foot or by the bundle. Quotes are by coverage square footage of your ceiling or wall. Share the dimensions and we'll calculate board feet plus ~10% waste.
Do you ship nationwide?
+
Yes — palletized and shrink-wrapped, freight to the lower 48. Local pickup at our Henderson, TN shop is welcome.
